National Merit
National Merit Finalists receive automatic acceptance to the Baylor University Honors Program. Note: Baylor used to offer a Regents' Gold Scholarship for National Merit Finalists, but that is no longer offered as of 2020. Now - National Merit Finalists and other high-achieving students will be automatically considered for academic scholarships in addition to various other scholarship opportunities.

Baylor University provides merit-based scholarships to incoming freshmen based on their comprehensive high school academic performance and completed Baylor application. There is no separate application required for these scholarships, and all applicants are considered, including those who apply as test-optional. The scholarships range from $1,000 to full cost of attendance.
